| I'm aware that not everyone knows my history with anti depressants. Duh.
I've taken 4 different anti-depressants over the last 3 - 4 years. I
stopped taking all and any meds in June after me, my dad, and my
psychatrist decided they were doing nothing for me. So, I've been off
meds since June, and the summer was great, but now, the school year
started and I've gotten relatively bad. It's not bad enough to where
it's a big problem like it used to be, but I do see a difference.
The thing is, the difference isn't big enough for me to want to take
meds again. If it was the meds making me a little less sad, it's not
worth it, because I was always sad anyway.
My therapist does have a point, I have seen to gone down drastically
since school started, but I don't think meds is the answer.
I suppose I have my decision then...

| First off, I'd like to just mention:

So, classes were kinda lame all day. Ridout was absent so, I was done
8th. I spent all of 9th period trying to decide what I was going to do
for the evening. I planned on visiting my grandparent's mausoleum at
the cemetarya dn moping around my room all night, and I didn't plan on
going out or anything. But, I realized, it'd be a lot better, if not
all together healthier if I went out and tried to enjoy myself. So I
ended up hanging out with Tulani, Omari, and Gabby. We were in Ms
Clark's and then the booth until about 5, and around 5:30 we met up
with Shaak, who dissapeared and eventually returned. We got food,
stopped at the 99 Cent store and went on our way.
Since I didn't plan on going out, I didn't wear anything interesting. I
had my dad bring me my tiara from my sweet 16 and I bought a witch's
broom but that's about it. We went trick or treating and it was fun. We
all had various holidays that we constantly changed, instead of "Happy
Halloween".
Mine was "Happy Neew Years" and "Happy AIDS Awareness Day".
People who didn't answer their doors got Turkey Cut Bitch.
I really enjoyed spending the evening with Tulani/Gabby/Omari and then
Gabby/Omari/Shaak. I'm glad I went out instead of staying home. I kind
of want to go to the cemetary though. I suppose I'll go Wednesday.
Omari and I visited Navin on our way home. He really enjoyed having visitors.
